Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Company Identification

The company LUMINEVAL offers online coaching services, digital programs (e-books), and nutritional monitoring.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of service provisions and digital products offered on the website lumineval.com

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products and services

LUMINEVAL offers:

  • online coaching sessions
  • personalized follow-ups (coaching / nutrition)
  • downloadable digital content (e-books, programs)

Services are provided remotely, without physical delivery.

4. Order

The client places an order via the Shopify platform.
The order is validated once payment is accepted.

LUMINEVAL reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a prior dispute.

5. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
LUMINEVAL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price invoiced is that displayed at the time of the order.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately via the methods offered on Shopify (credit card, etc.).

The order will only be processed after payment validation.

7. Provision of services

Services are delivered:

  • either immediately after purchase (digital content)
  • or according to the terms defined with the client (coaching / follow-up)

The client is responsible for providing accurate information for the smooth running of the service.

8. Right of withdrawal ⚠️ (IMPORTANT for you)

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

👉 The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • to digital content provided immediately after purchase
  • to services fully performed before the end of the 14-day period

By validating their order, the client:

  • accepts the immediate execution of the service
  • expressly waives their right of withdrawal

9. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued:

  • for digital products already delivered
  • for sessions or follow-ups that have begun or been completed

However, in case of a major issue, LUMINEVAL may offer a commercial gesture at its discretion.

10. Liability

The services offered by LUMINEVAL are intended to support the client but do not constitute:

  • medical advice
  • a health diagnosis

The client remains solely responsible for their decisions and health status.

11. Intellectual Property

All content (e-books, programs, methods) remains the exclusive property of LUMINEVAL.

Any reproduction, dissemination, or resale is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

The information collected is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship.

The client can request access, modification, or deletion of their data at any time.

13. Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law.

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of LUMINEVAL's registered office.
